Apt Resources is currently seeking an experienced Hot Kitchen Chef De Partie specializing in Multi Cuisine to work at a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality hot dishes from different international cuisines based on established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the development of menus and contribute to daily specials to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen section while managing and mentoring junior staff.
- Oversee food presentation ensuring that all dishes are plated beautifully and consistently.
- Monitor inventory levels assist with supply ordering and maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Work harmoniously with the Executive Chef Sous Chef and the kitchen team to manage kitchen flow and ensure timely service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in line with industry regulations.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume fine dining or luxury hospitality environment specializing in hot multi cuisine.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is strongly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the capacity to train and inspire junior kitchen staff.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be in UAE
Benefits
The basic salary is AED 5000-6000 plus Accommodation Food and other benefits as per UAE labor Law.
