Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to roads drainage networks utilities and other civil infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and the project management team to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure all work complies with local authorities requirements and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain documentation including progress reports material submittals inspection requests and site observations.
- Provide technical support to resolve site issues and interface challenges.
- Attend site meetings prepare daily/weekly reports and support the planning and execution team.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the UAE/GCC in civil infrastructure works especially roads and drainage.
- Strong site supervision background with knowledge of local standards and authority requirements (e.g. ADM DM RTA etc.).
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings specifications and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders on-site.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
