The intern will be responsible for:
Campaign Reporting:
- Assist in compiling and analyzing campaign performance data.
- Prepare clear and concise reports on campaign results to share with clients and the internal team.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings taking minutes and managing calendars for the commercial team.
- Help maintain organized records of client communications and campaign documentation.
Campaign Delivery:
- Support the execution of advertising campaigns from inception to completion.
- Ensure that all campaign elements are delivered on time and meet clients expectations.
Editorial Collaboration:
- Communicate with the editorial team to align on content that supports advertising campaigns.
- Help coordinate editorial features and placements for luxury brands.
Proposal Development:
- Help in drafting and composing proposals for advertising campaigns and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the team to create tailored presentations for clients.
Client Communication:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Creating comprehensive client overview for categories Fashion / Hospitality / Beauty / Travel / F&B / Health & Fitness
Event Attendance:
- Occasionally attend and support luxury events to represent the brand and meet potential clients.
Requirements
- Own valid visa
- Immediate full-time availability for 6 months contract period
