Our client is a high-end Interior Design company based in Dubai known for its modern aesthetics and innovative design philosophy. As the business grows they are seeking a Senior HR Executive who can lead and transform their HR department in line with the companys strategic vision.
Role Overview
As a Senior HR Executive youll oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations while playing a key role in building a positive high-performance culture. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who have experience leading HR strategy and team management in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all core HR functions: recruitment employee relations performance management training & development and compliance
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and nurture a positive workplace culture

Ensure that HR policies are current compliant and well-communicated
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to support organizational objectives
Candidate Profile
Were looking for someone with:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
- 7 - 10 years of progressive HR experience including 3 years in a senior or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven track record in leading HR strategy policy implementation and team leadership
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience managing HR systems and employee data
