Job Summary
The SEO Specialist will focus on improving website speed and search engine visibility for the company. This role involves analyzing website performance implementing effective SEO strategies and ensuring an excellent user experience to drive traffic and generate qualified leads for the real estate business.
Responsibilities:
Optimize website speed and user experience by improving technical performance (PageSpeed Core Web Vitals).
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content page titles and meta tags for search engines.
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement continuous site improvements.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance website visibility and increase lead generation.
Requirements
Proven experience in SEO and website performance optimization (24 years minimum).
Strong knowledge of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush Ahrefs Moz or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Previous experience in the real estate or commercial sector is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
