Manage the day-to-day activities for social media channels. Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them. Manage active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by managing long-lead editorial calendars monitoring online conversations. Participate in online conversations to build brand visibility customer satisfaction and marketing/ecommerce support. Establish a positive online presence for the hotel(s) by integrating property-specific and brand messaging in a compelling and valuable way for participants. Provide measurement of the impact of online presence to the hotels overall business.
The Content Creator brings the Renaissance brand to life through vibrant storytelling that celebrates discovery culture and the unexpected. This role captures the spirit of the hotel its neighborhood and its peoplecreating digital content that inspires guests to explore more and experience the hotel in a fresh authentic way.
- Develop dynamic photo video and written content that reflects the Renaissance brands lifestyledriven identity.
- Capture onproperty experiences including design details dining mixology events live entertainment and local neighborhood discoveries.
- Produce socialfirst content for Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn and Marriott platforms ensuring alignment with Renaissance brand voice and visual guidelines.
- Build and manage a content calendar that supports marketing campaigns F&B promotions events and brand activations.
- Collaborate with the Navigator Sales & Marketing F&B and Events teams to highlight local culture hidden gems and unique guest experiences.
- Edit and optimize content for each platform ensuring high production quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor lifestyle travel and social media trends to propose fresh bold content ideas.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to enhance engagement and reach.
- Support influencer visits media shoots and brand partnerships.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library for internal and brand use.
Report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand sit or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
