Must have Skills : AWS Glue Apache Kafka Jira AWS DMS data quality frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Experience with AWS Glue DMS dbt and Kafka monitoring.
- Familiarity with data freshness SLAs data quality frameworks and platform health monitoring.
- Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g. JIRA) and alerting systems.
- Able to identify ways to automate their work / repetitive tasks.
Operational Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and triage capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple incidents and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years in DataOps DevOps or data engineering roles.
- Experience in financial services or banking domain is a plus.
