Your responsibilities

Be a part of Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team
Managing CRM Operations
Trouble shoot Issues with CRM
Event Management Database management and Analytics
Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets sent to the team
Support in data analysis and provide input

Your profile

Fluency in English
Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
Graduating in Q3 2026 or later
Education in Tech and Computer Science is preferable
Proficiency in working with database
Good command of excel good communicator team player task oriented with good time management
