Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced Marble Fixer to work on residential commercial and high-end construction projects in Dubai. The role involves installation alignment cutting and finishing of marble granite and stone surfaces ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with UAE construction standards.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in stone fixing and interior finishing works.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and fix marble granite and natural stone on floors walls stairs and countertops
- Measure cut and polish stone materials using appropriate tools and machines
- Ensure correct alignment leveling and finishing of marble installations
- Apply adhesives grouts and sealants according to specifications
- Read and follow construction drawings and layout plans
- Repair and replace damaged or cracked marble surfaces
- Follow site safety procedures and quality standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors and finishing teams
- Maintain tools equipment and clean work areas
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marble Fixer Stone Fixer or Granite Installer
- Strong knowledge of marble fixing techniques and finishing standards
- Ability to use cutting machines grinders and polishing tools
- Understanding of construction site safety practices
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on luxury villas hotels or commercial interiors
- Trade certification or vocational training in stone or marble works
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
