Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring a skilled and safety-focused Machine Operator to support ongoing construction projects in Dubai. The role involves operating construction machinery and equipment ensuring efficient site operations while maintaining strict compliance with UAE safety regulations.
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in construction equipment operation and site safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate construction machinery such as loaders compactors mixers or similar equipment
- Perform daily machine inspections safety checks and basic maintenance
- Follow site instructions work plans and safety procedures
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment on construction sites
- Report mechanical issues breakdowns or safety hazards immediately
- Coordinate with site supervisors engineers and safety officers
- Maintain accurate operation logs and checklists
- Support material handling and site preparation activities
- Maintain clean and safe work areas around operating machinery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in construction or industrial environments
- Knowledge of equipment safety standards and operating procedures
- Ability to follow technical instructions and site plans
- Strong attention to safety and operational accuracy
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid machine operator license or certification (UAE or recognized authority)
- Experience with heavy equipment or specialized construction machinery
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
