Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring hardworking and physically fit Loading & Unloading Workers to support construction site and warehouse operations in Dubai. The role involves manual handling loading unloading and movement of construction materials ensuring timely and safe material flow across project sites.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in construction labor material handling or site support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials tools and equipment from trucks and containers
- Assist with material shifting stacking and storage at construction sites
- Follow safety guidelines lifting procedures and site instructions
- Support forklift operators and site supervisors during material movement
- Maintain clean organized and safe work areas
- Identify and report damaged materials or safety hazards
- Assist with basic packing labeling and inventory support tasks
- Work efficiently to meet project timelines and delivery schedules
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Loading Worker Unloading Worker Construction Laborer or Helper
- Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting and repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors shifts and overtime if required
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction sites warehouses or logistics yards
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
