Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to support construction site and warehouse operations in Dubai. The role involves operating forklifts to move load and store construction materials ensuring efficient material handling and strict adherence to UAE safety regulations.
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in forklift operations within construction or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift trucks to load unload and transport construction materials
- Stack store and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and safety checks
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and UAE regulations
- Assist with material receiving dispatch and inventory movement
- Coordinate with storekeepers site supervisors and safety officers
- Maintain accurate material movement logs and checklists
- Report mechanical issues damages or safety hazards immediately
- Maintain clean and safe working areas
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License / Certification (UAE or recognized authority)
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in construction or industrial sites
- Strong knowledge of load handling stacking and forklift safety practices
- Ability to work in outdoor and high-activity construction environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and safety-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction yards warehouses or logistics sites
- Familiarity with reach trucks or heavy-duty forklifts
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
