Job Summary
Welcome members and guests courteously and provide personalized attentive service
Present menus explain food and beverage offerings and make recommendations when required
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
Serve food and beverages efficiently following club service standards
Ensure tables service areas and surroundings are clean organized and well-maintained
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Maintain knowledge of menu items daily specials and promotions
Follow hygiene grooming and food safety standards at all times
Handle bills payments and transactions accurately where applicable
Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding club members and operations
Assist with setup and closing duties as required
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service operations
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
Proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus
Food Safety and Hygiene certifications
Knowledge of wine and food pairing principles
Excellent memory and attention to detail
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
Demonstrable experience in handling high-value transactions and maintaining discretion
