Job Summary
Location: Dubai (Mainland).
Position: AI Automation & Workflows Engineer.
Salary: AED 5000 - 6000 per month (Based on experience).

Were looking for a forward-thinking AI Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology operations and innovation. Youll architect and execute intelligent workflows that automate processes enhance team productivity and supercharge e-commerce growth.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (AutoGPT BabyAGI OpenAgents CrewAI etc.)
- Ability to build and manage multi-step workflows using tools like LangChain Zapier Make Airflow or custom scripting.
- Experience integrating AI into e-commerce customer service logistics or internal operations.
- Strong coding skills in Python JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI Claude Mistral Gemini etc.)
- Ability to implement and monitor AI task agents that collaborate learn and deliver results autonomously.
- Experience working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone Weaviate FAISS).
- Bonus: Experience with agent memory prompt engineering or RLHF models.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows for real-time task execution and decision-making.
- Collaborate with global teams to identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Develop and test agentic architectures to support recruitment sales e-commerce and logistics.
- Build custom GPTs copilots or multi-agent systems to support business growth.
- Support non-technical teams with AI onboarding and prompt strategy.
- Contribute to the AI roadmap for scalability performance and ethics.
