The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level executive support to ensure the CEOs time priorities and business objectives are managed effectively. This role requires exceptional organizational skills strong judgement agility and the ability to operate with discretion in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. The PA acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the CEOs office.
Executive Support & Office Management
Manage the CEOs daily calendar schedule appointments and travel arrangements (local & international).
Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meetings to align with business needs.
Prepare meeting agendas briefs presentations and follow-up notes.
Handle confidential documents and ensure strict discretion at all times.
Screen and manage phone calls emails inquiries and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain an efficient filing and document management system (digital & physical).
Business & Administrative Support
Assist in preparing reports business documentation and presentations for board meetings and leadership reviews.
Conduct basic market research and compile information as requested.
Support project coordination by tracking deadlines deliverables and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with internal departments (HR Finance Operations Legal etc.) to facilitate smooth decision-making.
Organize events executive engagements and VIP visits as needed.
Travel & Logistics
Plan end-to-end travel itineraries including flights hotels visas and meeting schedules.
Ensure the CEO has all required documents briefing materials and logistics prepared in advance.
Manage last-minute changes with efficiency and calmness.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the liaison between the CEO and senior leadership staff government entities clients and external partners.
Build positive relationships with key stakeholders to support the CEOs agenda.
Handle sensitive situations with professionalism emotional intelligence and diplomacy.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters.
Demonstrate high reliability integrity and strong work ethics.
Operate with maturity and sound judgement when handling urgent or sensitive situations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field (preferred).
Minimum 35 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Arabic and English with excellent written and spoken English proficiency
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to interact with high-level and key VIP offices and private offices.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook PowerPoint Word Excel) and digital productivity tools.
Ability to work under pressure manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Professional appearance polished demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
