To drive revenue growth for indoor dining events and outdoor catering operations by proactively sourcing new business managing client relationships and converting enquiries into profitable F&B sales while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Proactively generate new F&B catering and event leads (corporate social private weddings off-site catering).
- Sell indoor venues (restaurants private dining rooms ballrooms) and outdoor catering (poolside terraces off-site locations).
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals menus quotations and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for F&B sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients event planners and agencies.
- Upsell premium experiences (live stations beverage packages entertainment theming).
- Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Liaise closely with Operations Kitchen Banquets and Marketing to ensure flawless execution.
- Communicate client requirements clearly via BEOs / event orders.
- Attend key events to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues in real time.
- Ensure pricing aligns with approved profit margins and cost controls.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and add-on services.
- Track conversion ratios and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads contracts and forecasts.
- Prepare regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 24 years experience in F&B sales catering sales or events (hotel or premium venue preferred)
- Strong understanding of indoor and outdoor catering operations
- Hold UAE driving licence & Car
- Experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle dining is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office; Opera / Delphi / CRM experience preferred
- Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Commercial awareness of F&B pricing and margins
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings weekends events)
