Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Laundry Dry Cleaner to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Laundry Dry Cleaner you will be responsible for providing high-quality dry cleaning services to our valued customers while ensuring their garments are handled with the utmost care and attention.
- Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment and machines
- Inspect garments for stains damages and specific cleaning requirements
- Apply appropriate cleaning methods and techniques based on fabric type and care instructions
- Remove stains using specialized products and techniques
- Press and finish cleaned garments to ensure a crisp professional appearance
- Package cleaned items for customer pickup or delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Keep accurate records of cleaning processes and customer orders
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in dry cleaning or a related field
- Proficiency in dry cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- In-depth knowledge of fabric types and care instructions
- Expertise in stain removal and garment finishing
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in dry cleaning (preferred)
- Ability to work in a warm climate
