Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Leader -Chemicals Solutions & Monitoring(CSM)- Water Tech Middle East and Africa to lead one of our key business lines with a current revenue of more than 120M Euros . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of their assigned business line including strategy development financial performance operational excellence and team leadership. This is a critical leadership role that will drive growth and profitability for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the assigned business line aligning with overall company goals.
- Achieve financial targets including revenue growth profitability and budget management.
- Oversee all aspects of the business lines operations ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive solutions/service innovation.
- Manage key client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the business line remains competitive.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business line performance to CEO Chemical Solutions & Monitoring and Regional EVP-MEA.
QHSE Commitments
- Comply with applicable ethics and legislation referred to in Veolia Code of Conduct policy particularly in the fight against corruption and influence peddling.
- Ensure the applicable QHSE Policies and standards/requirements/procedures are being applied and maintained
- Liaise with the internal or external interested parties during the QHSE audits/inspections
- Ensure that all the work activities at site/plant/project are controlled with the help of QHSE procedures risk assessment (or LMRA) & the valid work permit
- Ensure the implementation of customer satisfaction requirements
- Ensure to report incidents (near misses unsafe conditions unsafe actions & etc.)
- Keep the documented information as evidence ensuring the compliance to QHSE Management System.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Chemicals Engineering & Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership roles with at least 5 years managing a profit and loss (P&L) center.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
