JOB OBJECTIVE:
Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and strong experience in cloud-native infrastructure automation and CI/CD delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Helm charts GitLab pipelines Linux administration Terraform and multicloud concepts. While Azure is essential experience with AWS or GCP is considered a strong advantage.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to support automated builds testing and deployments.
- Develop maintain and optimize Helm charts for Kubernetes-based application deployments.
- Architect provision and manage cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on Azure Cloud.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across Azure environments.
- Manage and optimize Linux-based systems ensuring performance security and reliability.
- Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability of production systems.
- Drive DevOps best practices including automation observability and continuous improvement.
- Support containerized workloads and Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Contribute to multicloud readiness; experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
Strong practical experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture. - Solid experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployment workflows.
- Proven expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipeline creation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of Linux administration and system-level troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts DevOps culture and automation-first mindset.
- Experience with AWS or GCP (good to have not mandatory).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK etc.).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals security best practices and cloud governance.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible Chef Puppet).
