Job Summary
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- To efficiently sell and accurately record all room service orders verbally by phone doorknobs or through the outlet
- Perform all associated room service duties such as trays preparation areas tray delivery/collection and any associated service and cleaning duties.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year Telephone Sales Agent / Room Dining Order Taker experience
- Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills
- Guest experience centric
- Strong beverage/wine knowledge
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
