Job Summary
Generate new business across Motor Health and General Insurance products
Manage and grow an customer portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
Identify new sales opportunities through networking referrals and market outreach
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Provide clients with accurate insurance advice and suitable coverage solutions
Coordinate with internal underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and renewals
Stay updated on insurance products market trends and competitor offerings
Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies
Requirements
Key Requirements
Proven experience in insurance sales (Motor Health and General Insurance)
Demonstrated ability to bring in new customers independently
Existing customer portfolio is highly preferred
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills
Highly competitive self-motivated and dynamic personality
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
UAE insurance market experience
Knowledge of leading insurance providers and policy structures
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
