Project & Development Services - MENA

JLL Project & Development Services (P&DS) MENA provides consulting design management and build services to tenant and owners leveraging technology and digital solutions to drive outstanding service delivery.

We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients from development solutions to our core services in programme project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions tenancy management sustainability leisure & entertainment and workplace & design.

Role

The Junior Designer will be responsible for supporting the design team in delivering corporate projects. Specifically the Junior Designer will assist in the design implementation and delivery of new projects by working closely with senior team members and clients.

What this job involves

• Assist in the development of designs and projects under the guidance of senior team members
• Prepare and develop conceptual designs technical drawings 3D models presentations mood boards finishes boards and other documents relating to interior design
• Participate in space planning layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment
• Contribute to innovative design concepts that are functional safe and align with client goals within project budgets and timescales
• Assist in the selection and specification of furniture lighting flooring wall coverings and artwork
• Help prepare and participate in client presentations
• Support the preparation of bids and proposals
• Liaise with team members and external partners to produce coordinated sets of drawings
• Actively seek opportunities for continuing professional development
• Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with JLL procedures and standards
• Conntribute and assist in various aspects of the design process as required

Desired skills and experience for this

• Degree qualified in architecture interior design or foreign equivalent
• Able to demonstrate 2-3 years experience in corporate interiors
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign SketchUp Microsoft Office
