This is a senior commercial mandate to scale ocean freight revenue across key trade lanes deepen strategic accounts and build a high performing sea freight sales organization.
- Grow sea freight revenue across priority trade lanes and customer segments.
- Win new business through strong market intelligence and a consistent pipeline.
- Lead rate contract and commercial negotiations with customers and partners.
- Own key accounts and executive relationships to protect and expand revenue.
- Build coach and performance manage a strong sales team.
- Drive forecasts KPIs budgeting profitability and clean reporting.
- Work closely with operations to protect service levels and client experience.
Requirements
- 10 years in logistics sales with strong sea freight and freight forwarding exposure.
- Proven leadership track record in building teams and delivering targets.
- Strong commercial instincts negotiation strength and stakeholder management.
- Bachelors degree required MBA preferred.
