MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support and guide the development of employee clinical competence including compliance with licensure requirements through the design facilitation and assessment of various clinical learning and development programmes and deliver training interventions that will enable clinical licensing for clinical employees in line with regulatory requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees.
Design and develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs.
Deliver planned training programmes and development activities in alignment with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Monitor evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
Document and report learning outcomes progress and impact of development initiatives.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Nursing
Licensed as a registered nurse/ midwife with the relevant healthcare authority
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years general and/or specialised clinical nursing experience
At least 2-3 years relevant experience within a healthcare clinical education setting
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness
- Training equipment e.g. training mannequins and accessories
- Use of digital applications and tools for learning
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Instructional design principles
- Effective teaching and learning (pedagogical) practices
