Job Summary
Apt Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant for a growing Real Estate firm. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to gain experience in the accounting field and develop their skills in a dynamic industry. As a Junior Accountant you will assist with the financial operations of the real estate company contributing to accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records related to real estate transactions
- Assist with the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and investment accounts
- Prepare and process monthly billing statements
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance for real estate activities
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Participate in audits providing necessary documentation and support.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in UAE
- Familiarity with real estate accounting principles is highly desirable
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment
- Candidate must be in UAE
- Immediate Joiners is highly preferred
