Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should hold a valid DHA or DOH eligibility letter or license and have a strong commitment to patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist registered nurses and doctors in providing patient care.

Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.

Support patients with daily activities such as hygiene mobility and feeding.

Prepare and maintain patient rooms supplies and equipment.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.
Requirements:

Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification.

Valid DHA/DOH Eligibility Letter or License (mandatory).

Previous experience in a clinical or homecare setting is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
