- Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Required to conduct workshops to gather business
- Develop functional requirements
- Salesforce configuration
- Provide user training
- Conduct UAT phase with the client
- Manage team people and client relationship
Essential Requirements
- 3 years of Salesforce expertise in Business Analysis
- Real Estate industry experience
- Business Requirement Gathering (not QA): this role is primarily focused on front-end discovery interviewing stakeholders facilitating workshops and translating complex business needs into actionable functional specifications
- Based in UAE
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience as business analyst with minimum 3 years in Salesforce
- Advanced skills in business analysis with the ability to capture requirements make recommendations and optimize implementation to meet overall business goals
- Knowledge in Software Design and/or coding languages is a major strength
- Problem solving; positive approach and conflict resolution
- Ability to organize and manage competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in development and delivery of end-user training for business systems is a plus
- Functional / Industry knowledge is a plus
- Must have residency permit
- Ability to travel
