Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager - Water to join our team in Dubai United Arab this key role you will lead and oversee complex water infrastructure projects ensuring their successful planning execution and delivery.
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale water infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Develop and maintain project scopes schedules and budgets ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in water treatment technologies and infrastructure design
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers consultants and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
- Prepare and review technical documents including memoranda planning studies and design specifications
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with local and international water regulations and standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering their professional growth and development
- Represent the company at industry conferences and professional organizations
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the water sector
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Chemical or Environmental Engineering; Masters degree preferred
- Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 15 years of experience in water infrastructure projects; 20 years preferred
- Proven track record in managing complex water projects including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment technologies and infrastructure design
- Experience in project delivery methods including traditional and alternative approaches (e.g. Progressive Design Build)
- Familiarity with water regulations and compliance standards in the UAE and internationally
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs
- Knowledge of the local water industry in Dubai and the UAE is highly desirable
