Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Female Real Estate Agent to join a well-established real estate company in Dubai. The role focuses on selling both off-plan and ready properties while delivering a high standard of client service and building long-term investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan and ready residential properties across Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Manage leads client enquiries negotiations and deal closures
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Network with clients developers and industry professionals
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and property portals
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
- Professional communication and client-handling abilities
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities developers and pricing
- Experience using CRM systems and real estate platforms
- High level of commitment and professionalism
- UAE driving licence is preferred
