Thefollowingarespecificresponsibilitiesandcontributionscriticaltothesuccessfulperformanceoftheposition:
- Open and close shift in accordance with Departmental checklist
- Train maintain and enforce all Marriott service standards using use records menus and appropriate reference materials
- Properly executive revenue and check control procedures on shift.
- Providefloorcoverageduringallmealperiods.
- Completescheduledinventoriesofsuppliesfoodandliquortocheckstockandrequisitionnecessarysupplies.
- InspectstorageareasfororganizationuseofFirstin First out(FIFO)andcleanlinessandrectifyanydeficiencies.
- Followpropertykeypoliciesincludingcheckingoutandreturningkeystoappropriatedepartments.
- Attendandconductmeetingsasrequired.
- Ensureallsideworkisdoneonadailybasis.
- Manageaneffectiverepairandmaintenanceprogramthroughtheuseofworkordersinspectionsetc.
- Eachassociateexpectedtocarryoutwithintheircapabilitiesallreasonable requestsbymanagement.
- To plan events of the day organize functions and delegate task to waiters.
- To do the table plan & expo sheet for the shift & guest preferences.
- Summarizes the end of shift transactions including Guest Checks Credit Cards Cash Transactions Giveaways FB Comp Inclusive Packages and Voids.
- Report to superiors any staff issues.
- Assist Team Leader duties & responsibilities during busy operations.
- Maintainasafeandsanitaryworkenvironmentforallassociatesandguests.
