About the Role

As a Content Producer you will oversee content development and guest experiences for major events. You will ensure all event elementsfrom curation to executionalign with brand identity and audience expectations.

What Youll Do

Lead Event Content Strategy Develop programming curation and guest experience plans.

Collaborate with Stakeholders Secure high-quality entertainment speakers and attractions.

Ensure Brand Alignment Maintain consistency in messaging and event experience.

Manage Event Logistics Oversee scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.

Coordinate On-Site Execution Ensure smooth delivery of content and experiences.

Integrate Sponsorship & Marketing Maximize ROI while maintaining event integrity.

Stay Ahead of Trends Continuously enhance audience engagement strategies.

Evaluate & Optimize Conduct post-event analysis and reporting for continuous improvement.

About You

Creative & Strategic Thinker Able to conceptualize and execute immersive experiences.

Experienced Event Producer Skilled in curating high-impact event programs.

Detail-Oriented & Organized Able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Strong Communicator Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with partners.

Passionate About Events Thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments.

What You Need to Apply

5 years of experience in content production or event programming.

Proven experience in large-scale festivals sports or public events.

Strong creative vision with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Middle East market experience preferred.

A valid driving license.

Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
