Job Summary
- Prepare for shift by obtaining assignment sheet attending meetings and stocking trolley with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms including making beds restocking amenities and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
- Respect guest privacy by following proper procedures when entering and leaving rooms adhering to Do Not Disturb signs.
- Report maintenance issues guest concerns and important information to the HK Supervisor for smooth operations.
- Provide professional and courteous service anticipating and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas adhering to hotel standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
