About the Role
We are seeking experienced MEP Engineers across disciplines Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing to join a leading MEP contractor executing high-rise projects across Dubai. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in the UAE with full project lifecycle exposure and strong technical execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise the installation of MEP systems (HVAC drainage water supply electrical LV/MV lighting fire-fighting etc.)
- Plan site activities coordinate with consultants and subcontractors and manage execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Read interpret and implement project drawings and BOQs accurately on site
- Manage manpower planning and labour productivity according to site conditions and budget
- Ensure all site work adheres to quality control safety regulations and project specifications
- Prepare and respond to project correspondence including letters and technical queries
- Support inspections with consultants and local authorities (DEWA DM DCD) and follow through on NOCs and approvals
- Monitor project progress and support regular reporting to the Project Manager
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering (as applicable)
- Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle in the UAE from mobilisation to handover
- Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting company
- Experience with high-rise residential or commercial towers is required
- Strong understanding of labour control productivity tracking and manpower budgeting
- Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures as per UAE construction standards
- Strong communication skills and professional letter-writing abilities
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interview
