Job Summary
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Head of Property & Casualty (P&C) to lead and grow their regional portfolio across the Middle East & Africa. This is a producing role with a strong focus on business development market relationships and technical leadership in complex risk placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the commercial growth of the P&C portfolio across MEA markets
- Maintain and expand relationships with insurers reinsurers and key clients
- Lead placement strategy for corporate and specialty P&C risks
- Mentor and support the P&C team on technical and market matters
- Work closely with executive leadership on strategy profitability and positioning
- Represent the Company at industry forums partner networks and client engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in P&C insurance broking within the MEA region (UAE experience is a must)
- Strong technical placement expertise across corporate and commercial lines
- Established insurer reinsurer and client relationships
- Demonstrated track record of revenue production and business growth
- Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills
- Must already be based in the UAE
