Were looking for Inventory Analyst who will be accountable for driving inventory efficiency through demand analysis data governance and process improvements. This role ensures optimal stock utilization accurate item management and actionable reporting to support financial targets and business objectives.

    What youll do:

  • Analyse demand and stock movements to reduce excess slow-moving and non-moving inventory ensuring alignment withplanning.

  • Optimizeandimplementinventory control procedures based on data analysisestablishmeasurable KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct stock analysis collaborate with finance tomaintaininventory position targets and actively challenge stakeholders to maximize inventoryconsumptionand minimize write-offs.

  • Deliver actionable reports and dashboards on inventory performance and optimization progress while working closely with procurement planning and regional teams to meet business objectives.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management demonstrating adaptability initiative and a proactive approach to supporting team and business objectives.


    Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels within an organisation.

  • Well organized and can meet deadlines perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand planning and inventory optimization techniques.

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain management inventory Management or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in inventory analysis or a similar role.

  • Proficient in Power BI Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook Excel Word and other applications essential for data analysis documentation and collaboration.
