Were looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize our clients refurbished laptop operations ensuring devices move efficiently from intake to resale while meeting strict quality security and performance standards.
As Production Manager you will own the entire refurbishment production line from device intake and diagnostics to repair imaging Quality Assurance and final packaging.
Youll work at the intersection of operations quality and people leadership managing technicians coordinating inventory flow and continuously improving throughput and yields.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on environments enjoys building scalable processes and understands the nuances of hardware refurbishment data security and lean manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily refurbishment operations for laptops and related IT equipment
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet volume cost and turnaround targets
- Supervise and coach technicians team leads and quality inspectors
- Ensure consistent execution of diagnostics repair imaging and testing workflows
- Monitor KPIs such as yield rework rate cycle time and labor efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives

What youll need:
- 3 years of experience in production operations or refurbishment management
- Strong understanding of laptop hardware diagnostics and repair workflows
- Experience managing teams in warehouse manufacturing or refurbishment settings
- Comfort with KPIs reporting and process optimization
- Familiarity with data destruction standards and quality assurance practices
