Job Summary

Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business managing existing customer relationships and expanding product penetration within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment. The role focuses on field sales execution customer acquisition and day-to-day account management across assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops Bodyshops garages fleets and retailers.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.
  • Promote and sell automotive Bodyshop & Paints in line with company strategy.
  • Conduct regular market visits product demonstrations and customer meetings.
  • Execute pricing promotions and sales initiatives as directed by management.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors pricing trends and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely order processing coordination with supply chain and follow-up on deliveries.
  • Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports forecasts and CRM updates.
  • Experience in sales within Automotive Bodyshop & Paints or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Bodyshop workshop operations and consumables usage.
  • Good communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable with field sales activities.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Travel Requirements: (Percentage of travel expected)

 70% - 90%


Qualifications :

- Education:

Bachelors degree in business marketing mechanical engineering or a related field;

- Experience:

  • Having 7 years experience in sales preferably within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment.
  •  Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
