Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business managing existing customer relationships and expanding product penetration within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment. The role focuses on field sales execution customer acquisition and day-to-day account management across assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops Bodyshops garages fleets and retailers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.
- Promote and sell automotive Bodyshop & Paints in line with company strategy.
- Conduct regular market visits product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Execute pricing promotions and sales initiatives as directed by management.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors pricing trends and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing coordination with supply chain and follow-up on deliveries.
- Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
- Maintain accurate sales reports forecasts and CRM updates.
- Experience in sales within Automotive Bodyshop & Paints or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of Bodyshop workshop operations and consumables usage.
- Good communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable with field sales activities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Travel Requirements: (Percentage of travel expected)
70% - 90%
Qualifications :
- Education:
Bachelors degree in business marketing mechanical engineering or a related field;
- Experience:
- Having 7 years experience in sales preferably within the Automotive Bodyshop & Paints segment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
