Job Description:
Lead the global sales function for a high-growth retail technology firm driving recurring revenue from 1M to 5M. You will take full ownership of the sales strategy manage high-performing teams across multiple continents and close enterprise deals with the worlds largest retailers to transform the in-store shopping experience globally.

What you will do:

Define and execute a global sales playbook to scale recurring revenue from 1M to 5M across EMEA USA and APAC.
Lead mentor and grow a multi-cultural team of business development experts to exceed annual KPIs and performance targets.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and negotiate complex enterprise contracts for global rollouts.

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record of scaling a B2B tech startup from 1M to at least 5M in recurring revenue specifically within the POS or retail tech sector.
Extensive experience selling software and hardware solutions to major global retailers with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate fast-moving startup environments and a willingness to travel and be based in Dubai.
