Key Responsibilities:
- Serve guests in the shisha lounge with professionalism attentiveness and care.
- Prepare and present shisha and beverages according to resort standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge to five-star standards.
- Assist colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Previous experience in shisha service or similar hospitality roles preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional friendly and guest-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
