Job Summary
Apt Resources is excited to present an opportunity for a charismatic and professional Restaurant Hostess to join a luxurious resort located on the breathtaking Red Sea. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality who thrives in a high-end environment. As the first point of contact for guests you will play a pivotal role in crafting a memorable dining experience ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all guests with a warm friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservation bookings efficiently and accommodate guests promptly
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure an exceptional dining service
- Provide information on menu items specials and other inquiries from guests
- Assist in seating arrangements to optimize customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and offer resolutions
- Maintain a polished and tidy reception area
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess in a luxury dining environment is preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Positive engaging personality with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management Tourism or Hotel & Restaurant Management is preferred.
