Job Summary
Ontime Group is urgently seeking an Immediate Joiner Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our clinic in Dubai. This role is suited for proactive nursing professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of daily clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients including assessments treatments and administration of medications
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventative care
- Monitor patients conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team
- Adhere to clinical protocols and ensure a safe clean environment for patients
- Assist with administrative duties as required that support the overall operation of the clinic
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinic/hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills and patient care capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Available for immediate hiring
