Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Engagement Execution & Operations
- Execute student and school engagement plans
- Coordinate workshops online sessions and school visits
- Manage logistics schedules and communications
- Support onboarding activities during pilot and scale-up phases
2. Relationship Support & Communication
- Serve as secondary point of contact for schools and partners
- Respond to queries requests and issues in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to the Partnership Manager or PMO
- Maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders
3. Tracking Reporting & Feedback
- Track engagement metrics such as:
- Attendance
- Course participation
- Drop-off rates
- Collect feedback from students and schools
- Share insights with Content LMS and PMO teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
4. Coordination & Support
- Support marketing campaigns and activations
- Coordinate with Admin & Reporting Executive for accurate data capture
- Maintain engagement calendars trackers and logs
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in:
- Education
- Business
- Communications
- Social Sciences
- Public Relations
- Additional certifications in project coordination or education programs are a plus
Experience
- 36 years of experience in:
- Program coordination
- Engagement or outreach roles
- Education or youth programs
- Experience working with schools or student groups is strongly preferred
