Job Summary
We are currently looking for Jira Developer for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and customize Jira workflows screens fields and permissions.
- Develop Jira automation rules and integrations with internal systems.
- Implement ITSM processes (Incidents Requests Changes) within Jira.
- Build dashboards and reports for IT and business stakeholders.
- Support process digitalisation and workflow optimisation across departments.
- Troubleshoot Jira issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.
- SharePoint development experience is an added value
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
