Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and motivated SQA Engineer to support manual and automated testing of our web mobile and API-based applications. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in a collaborative environment and expand into automation and backend testing.
As a SQA Automation Engineer you will
- Write and execute test cases for web mobile and API functionality
- Report track and verify bugs using standard bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Perform functional regression integration and exploratory testing
- Assist in the development of test automation scripts
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand business requirements
- Validate fixes and enhancements before release
- Support deployment testing and validation during releases
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field
- 2 years of experience in QA or software testing
- Knowledge of web and mobile application testing
- Exposure to API testing tools like Postman
- Basic understanding of automation tools (Selenium Appium or similar)
- Familiarity with .NET or Python is a plus
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
