Position: B2B Sales Officer – Dubai, UAE

Dreamz Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of advertising services, is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a B2B Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients to present our advertising solutions.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is a plus.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Sales or Marketing.

- Experience in the advertising or media industry.
