Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our executive leadership you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations driving strategic financial planning and ensuring the companys fiscal health and compliance.

  • Oversee daily operations of the Finance department ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Direct and coordinate financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze monthly operating results against budgets and provide insightful recommendations
  • Lead cost efficiency initiatives and optimize financial performance
  • Manage relationships with external financial partners including banks auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations with particular attention to UAE standards
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to the executive team and board of directors
  • Oversee cash flow management and investment strategies
  • Direct financial audits and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing finance team through effective leadership mentoring and professional development
  • Collaborate with other department heads to drive business growth and profitability

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles with at least 3 years in a similar director-level capacity
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards including familiarity with UAE financial landscape
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of key performance indicators
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Visionary mindset with the ability to drive innovation in financial processes and systems
