At Ansa our signature Mediterranean concept at Conrad Dubai the bar is more than just a place to serve drinksits where conversations begin atmospheres shift and memories are made.
Were looking for a Bartender who brings both skill and soul to their craft. Someone who understands that every pour every garnish every gesture is a part of the guest experience. This is a role for someone who takes pride in the details engages with authenticity and creates a sense of belonging from the very first sip.
What will you be doing
As a Bartender at Ansa youll be more than a mixologist youll be a storyteller a host and a key part of the guests experience. Youll create drinks that feel personal serve with confidence and care and maintain the elegance and energy that defines the spirit of Ansa.
Youll be entrusted to:
Welcome and engage guests with warmth attentiveness and a genuine sense of hospitality
Prepare and serve a curated selection of beveragesfrom timeless classics to signature Mediterranean-inspired cocktails
Handle guest orders seamlessly ensuring prompt accurate service throughout their visit
Support the floor team when needed including assisting with food orders and deliveries
Stay fully informed on the menu daily specials and any promotional offerings so you can speak with knowledge and ease
Maintain a polished and organized bar environment always ready for service and presentation
Process payments accurately and efficiently ensuring every guest experience ends as smoothly as it began
Respond to guest queries with professionalism care and a helpful mindset
