Position: Back Office Administrator – Sharjah, UAE


We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of Dreamztech Private Limited. As the go-to person for data entry, paperwork processing, file organization, and administrative support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team. If you have 1+ years of administrative or data-focused experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:


- Perform data entry and management in key systems

- Process internal paperwork such as orders and invoices

- Maintain organized files and prepare reports

- Provide administrative support to various departments


Requirements & Skills:


- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or data-focused role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively


Preferred Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Experience with CRM software

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
