Job Summary
Job Title - Technical Writer
Our client is building a modern cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange clearing messaging digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear structured documentation for both internal teams and external clients.
Profile summary
* 47 years of experience as a technical writer or similar documentation-focused role
* Strong experience writing documentation for software platforms APIs and complex technical products
* Able to translate technical concepts (back-end services APIs messaging integration flows) into clear concise content
* Comfortable documenting REST APIs data models and integration guides for developers and technical stakeholders
* Experience creating and maintaining product documentation how-to guides release notes and FAQs
* Strong information architecture skills: structuring docs navigation versioning and re-use
* Hands-on with common documentation tools (Markdown static site generators Confluence Notion or similar)
* Ability to collaborate closely with engineers product managers and support teams to gather information and validate accuracy
* Bonus: experience in fintech/payments cross-border transfers ISO 20022/SWIFT or B2B SaaS products
Languages and location
* Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
* Location: remote (with good overlap to EMEA/Middle East time zones preferred)
