Job Summary
- Install service and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment including ranges ovens refrigeration units and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of service calls repairs parts used and equipment history
